Have you experienced something inappropriate?
You can contact the Schaakschool's confidential contact person. They can talk to you and help you find a solution to your complaint or problem. Often, we resolve these matters through a good conversation. If you are still not satisfied, we can help you file a formal complaint through Stichting Veilige Sport NOC*NSF. Of course, we will always treat your complaint with the utmost confidentiality.
